Mansi enjoys baking cupcakes, cookies and organizing lemonade stands since she was a kindergartener and presently in her first teen year to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She is a kind hearted, loving and compassionate young girl who will put a smile on the face of anyone around her, especially the young children. Since we are in the midst of a pandemic, she has decided to start her very own home-based bakery  “Fantasy Frostings” where she uses her baking talent to raise money for the cause and pledged to donate 10% of all net proceeds to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
